Terms and Conditions
– The STEAM Season Ticket can only be used by the individual(s) named on the application form and is not transferable.
– A photo of the Season Ticket holder(s) will be taken on the day of purchase.
– STEAM reserves the right to withdraw a Season Ticket if attempts to transfer the card to another user are made.
– A fee of £5.00 will be charged for a replacement card.

Filming and Photography
We welcome filming and photography at STEAM for private non-commercial purposes. If you wish to film or take photographs at STEAM for non-private and/or commercial purposes, then please contact us at steammuseum@swindon.gov.uk
Third party photography and filming of school children on organised school visits is not permitted.

Bag Policy
For our visitors’ security and safety:
– Visitors are NOT permitted to bring large shopping bags, large rucksacks or travel luggage into the Museum.
– All bags may be inspected by STEAM staff.
– Baby buggies and bags containing necessary medical equipment, or for use in nursing and baby care will be permitted, subject to the owners agreeing that these items may be searched.
– We regret that STEAM does not have storage for bags or coats.

Special Events
Standard Museum Day admission tickets and Season Tickets are not valid for our special events such as:
– Swindon Railway Festival
– The Great Western Brick Show
– Christmas at STEAM
